1. Our Check in time is from 02pm and Check out time is 11am (Early check-in will be subject to availability).

2. The distance from car parking at Mohaan to the lodge is 3 kms, which is an adventurous ride. We will be crossing a forest check post, which closes by 21:30 hrs as per rules laid by Jim Corbett Tiger Reserve. Failure in reaching on or after declared time the resort will not be in a position to approach higher legal authorities to intervene in favour of crossing the forest check post . (We sincerely request you to please plan out your travelling, so you all reach before declared time). In case you are running late please do keep us informed.

3. The resort is equipped with a first aid kit in case of any regular emergency, but we request our guests to carry some necessary medicines if they are allergic to specific things, as we don’t have Doctor on call facility & nearest hospital is 24 kms away from resort.

4. Please make sure you are carrying comfortable walking shoes to enjoy nature walk included in your package.

5. The resort has limited cellular network connectivity. Network service providers like Vodafone and airtel have connectivity in limited areas. The guest rooms are provided with WIFI networks. In case of any emergency, please contact the front office to make an emergency call, our team is available 24x7 to assist you. Our guests can use internet facility free of charge.

6. In case of heavy rain or damage to internet OFC cable due to elephant movement, restoring internet facility is challenging & time taking may be a day or two at times, as serviced from government leased line of BSNL.

7. To maintain the integrity and cleanliness of our pool facilities, the use of any foaming or lathering substances, such as soap or bubble bath, is strictly forbidden. Should this policy be violated, a penalty of INR 20,000 will be imposed. We appreciate your understanding and adherence to this guideline to ensure a pleasant experience for all guests.

8. As a wildlife resort, we do not encourage loud music and request our guests not to bring speakers, as we are located in a core forest zone. Loud music disrupts the serenity of our resort and disturbs other guests. Our rooms do not have television facilities because our guests come here to enjoy nature and engage in activities such as safaris, bird watching, and nature trails. *(Please note that safaris must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.)

9. We are sorry but we are NOT PET FRIENDLY property. As it’s a fenceless lodge there can be movement of wild animals inside the resort. Hence, it can get very challenging to ensure safety of your pet.
